SMS Opt-In

This page documents how Loud Globe LLC ("Loud Globe") collects consent to send text messages, and what those messages contain. Loud Globe sends one kind of text message only: a one-time passcode used to sign in to the Loud Globe app.

Where consent is collected

Consent is collected inside the Loud Globe iOS app, on the sign-in screen. The user taps Continue with phone and types their own mobile number into the phone field. Directly under that field, before the user submits the number, the app displays the disclosure below. Tapping Continue submits the number and is the act of consent; one passcode message is then sent to that number.

This is the only way a number enters our messaging system. There is no website form, keyword, paper, or verbal opt-in, and phone numbers are never imported, purchased, or obtained from any third party.

What we send

Sample message:

LoudGlobe: Your verification code is 123456. This code expires in 10 minutes. Do not share this code with anyone. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Message frequency: varies with usage, typically one message per sign-in or verification attempt. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive no further messages.
  • Help: reply HELP to any message, or email theloudglobe@gmail.com.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
