By using loudglobe.com ("Loud Globe", "the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Loud Globe is operated by Loud Globe LLC, an Arizona limited liability company.
The service
Loud Globe lets hosts create events and collect photos from guests in a shared album. Guests can view and download photos without an account; hosting an event or uploading photos requires creating an account.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to legally use online services in your country to create an account.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading to an event, you grant Loud Globe a license to store, display, and make that content available for download to people with access to that event, for as long as it remains on the service. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
The people in your photos (hosts, photographers and anyone who uploads)
Loud Globe albums can be searched by guests with an optional face-matching tool that runs on their own phone (see our Face Data Notice). By uploading photos you confirm that: you have the right to share them; the people in them were told, in a way suited to the event (the invitation or ticket page, a sign at the entrance, or in person), that photos would be taken and shared in a Loud Globe album where guests can use face matching to find their own pictures; and you will promptly remove, or ask us to remove, photos of anyone who asks. You are responsible for any consent or notice the law where your event takes place requires from the people you photograph. Suggested wording is on the Face Data Notice page. Do not upload photos of events located in Illinois expecting face features to work — they are switched off there.
Face data
Face matching on Loud Globe runs on users' own devices. We do not receive or store face templates, and we never sell, rent, trade or otherwise profit from face data or use it for advertising. You may not use Loud Globe, its photos or its face features to identify strangers, to build a database of faces, or to train face-recognition systems.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your phone number to sign in or verify your account, you consent to receive one-time passcode messages by SMS from Loud Globe. Message frequency depends on your usage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Don't use Loud Globe to upload illegal content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for lost or undeliverable photos, though we make reasonable efforts to keep the service reliable.
